    Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

    OUR GUIDELINES

    To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, items purchased on versace.com within 30 days of the order delivery date may be returned, subject to the following conditions:

    1) Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

    2) For items with a QR code security tag, the tag must be attached for the return to be accepted.

    3) All original packaging, including authenticity cards, dust bags, and shoe boxes, must be included with the return.

    4) Shoes must be returned with unmarked soles in their original, undamaged shoe box (considered part of the product). We recommend trying on shoes on a carpeted surface to ensure the correct fit.

    5) Swimwear and underwear should be tried over personal underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip.

    6) Fragrances, body gels, deodorants, after-shave balms, and after-shave lotions that do not contain alcohol may be returned if the transparent protective packaging film has not been removed.

    NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

    1) Personalized items due to their made-to-order nature.

    2) Fragrances, body gels, deodorants, after-shave balms, or after-shave lotions that contain alcohol.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    Returns and exchanges that are damaged, stained, washed, or altered will not be accepted.

    RETURN PROCESS
    START RETURN OR EXCHANGE

    To return one or more items from your order, please follow the below-mentioned procedure:

    1) To start your return, click on the button above and enter your order information (Order number and email address).

    2) Choose the items you would like to return and indicate the relevant return reasons.

    3) The UPS pre-paid shipping label and packing slip will be available to download and print to prepare your return. 

    4) Make sure the item(s) you wish to return have all original product tags, authenticity labels, or cards included.

    5) Place your item(s) and the packing slip inside a sturdy container or in the original box that your item(s) came in. Remove any older addresses and barcodes, secure the package with tape, and affix the new shipping label to the outside.

    6) Contact the UPS number that you can find here or take the package to the nearest UPS Access Point searchable here.

    7) Once your package has been shipped, you will be notified via email to track your return.

    8) Your return may take up to 14 business days to be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place your order. Please note, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment method.

    GIFTING

    Please note, for gift returns the refund will be issued to the person who originally placed the order.

    BOUTIQUE RETURNS

    We currently do not offer returns directly in Versace Boutiques. If you need further assistance please contact our Client Service.

    EXCHANGE PROCESS
    START RETURN OR EXCHANGE

    Orders placed on or after February 17th are eligible for exchange, subject to our policy.

    To exchange one or more items from your order, please follow the below-mentioned procedure:

    1) To start your exchange, click on the button above and enter your order information (Order number and email address).

    2) Choose the items you would like to exchange and indicate the relevant exchange reasons. Exchanges are only valid for different colors and/or sizes of the same price, subject to availability. A new order will be created once the request is submitted.

    3) Original items must be shipped within 5 business days of the exchange request, otherwise the exchange order will be cancelled. Items shipped after this window will be processed as a refund, subject to quality checks.

    4) The UPS pre-paid shipping label and packing slip will be available to download and print to prepare your return.

    5) Make sure the item(s) you wish to exchange have all original product tags, authenticity labels, or cards included.

    6) Place your item(s) and the packing slip inside a sturdy container or in the original box that your item(s) came in. Remove any older addresses and barcodes, secure the package with tape, and affix the new shipping label to the outside.

    9) Exchanges may take up to 14 business days to be processed. Please note the credit from your return is applied in full to cover a new order. No additional payment is required.

    10) Your exchange order will be shipped to the original shipping address and associated with the same billing address.

    11) UPS Standard shipping applies to all countries except for: Cyprus, Malta, Ireland, Spain, United Kingdom. For these locations, the exchange will use the same shipping method as your original purchase.

    12) Only one exchange is allowed per item. If an item has already been exchanged, it can only be returned for a refund

    BOUTIQUE EXCHANGES

    We currently do not offer exchanges directly in Versace Boutiques. If you need further assistance please contact our Client Service.

    RECLAMATION

    Goods are classified as faulty if they have been received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. In this case we kindly ask you to send the article back to us. For a simple return, please use the pre-printed return form and return label included in your parcel. If you cannot find the return label, please contact our Client Service. We cannot accept items that have been worn and used beyond being tried on.
