Please consider, all Versace products are shown in Italian sizes and all products have Italian size labels. You can find a Size Table for each product.
The Size Table serves as an indicator to help you to find the right size. Please don't forget, if you have selected the wrong size, you have the possibility to return the item.
Should you have any doubts regarding sizing, our Client Service team will be more than happy to assist you.

Personalize Versace bathrobes, beach towels and leisurewear by choosing from a selection of hand-embroidered characters and symbols for a unique made-to-order piece.

The cost is equal to 45 EUR for back personalization, 35 EUR for front personalization, and 70 EUR for a combined front and back personalization.

Versace reserves the right not to produce personalization that include terms that are derogatory, discriminatory, offensive or infringe on existing trademarks.

Standard and personalized items can be combined into a single order.

Please note, that due to their handcrafted applications, made-to-order items cannot be returned and will be shipped within 2 weeks from the order date, subject to confirmation.

It is not possible to change or cancel your personalized order once it has been confirmed or shipped.

Standard and Versace Home furnishing items can be combined into a single order.

Please note that, due to the extra care required for preparing and packaging larger, more delicate Versace Home furnishing items, these items will be shipped within two weeks from your order date, subject to confirmation.

For returns please contact our Client Service.

We advise taking extra care when preparing your returns, using the original packaging.

Please bear in mind the items meant for children aged 0-36 months are not compliant with Chinese labelling regulation and therefore cannot be distributed in People's Republic of China.

The Versace Online Store accepts the following payment methods:

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Your card or Klarna account will not be charged until your order has been dispatched. In case of payment through PayPal or iDeal, the amount will be charged on the day of the order. When returning your order, the amount will be credited back to your bank or PayPal account.

Where is Klarna available?

Klarna is currently available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.

 

How does Klarna work?

If your order is eligible, you can choose Klarna at checkout for flexible payment options. The use of the payment methods may vary based on your purchase, country,  total order amount, and is subject to credit check and approval by Klarna.

• Pay now:
You can choose to pay now the full amount of your purchase by credit card, direct debit, or direct bank transfer.

For direct debit, please provide your bank details at the time of your purchase. You will be debited from your bank account once your order has been shipped.

For direct bank transfer, login into your personal bank account and authorize the full amount of payment at the time of your purchase. 

• Pay in 3 installments:
The total cost of your purchase will be split into three installments with interest-free rates. 
Pay the first installment once your order is placed. The next two installments are automatically collected by Klarna after 30 and 60 days.

• Pay later: 
Choose to pay within 30 days from when your order shipment is confirmed with interest-free rates.

• Financing:
Choose flexible financing options to split the payment of your purchase evenly in monthly payments over a 6 or 12-month period. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for purchases may vary based on the amount of your purchase and country of residence, ranging between 0 - 28.99%. 

Please note that a one-time credit agreement is required, and the approval will be notified by Klarna.

 

How to checkout with Klarna?

Enter your card or bank account, or sign in with your Klarna account. Easily manage your purchases and payments in the Klarna account online or on the app.

 

How to schedule payments?

Payments are collected from the debit or credit card or bank account provided at the time of purchase. All scheduled payments are communicated by email. Review your purchases by logging in to your Klarna account online or on the app.

 

How to cancel payments or manage returns?

Once we have accepted your cancellation or return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due.

Your card information is encrypted in our system using 128-bit SSL technology. This high standard of security means shopping with a card on Versace is secure, and ensures that your data will under no circumstances be accessible by third parties. To ensure that your online credit card payment is as secure as possible, we use Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode™, internationally recognized authentication technology collectively known as 3D Secure. 3D Secure protects your credit cards against unauthorized use to minimize the risk of online credit card fraud.

To use 3-D Secure you need to register at your Bank.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of your browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.
