Please consider, all Versace products are shown in Italian sizes and all products have Italian size labels. You can find a Size Table for each product. The Size Table serves as an indicator to help you to find the right size. Please don't forget, if you have selected the wrong size, you have the possibility to return the item. Should you have any doubts regarding sizing, our Client Service team will be more than happy to assist you.
Personalize Versace bathrobes, beach towels and leisurewear by choosing from a selection of hand-embroidered characters and symbols for a unique made-to-order piece.
The cost is equal to 45 EUR for back personalization, 35 EUR for front personalization, and 70 EUR for a combined front and back personalization.
Versace reserves the right not to produce personalization that include terms that are derogatory, discriminatory, offensive or infringe on existing trademarks.
Standard and personalized items can be combined into a single order.
Please note, that due to their handcrafted applications, made-to-order items cannot be returned and will be shipped within 2 weeks from the order date, subject to confirmation.
It is not possible to change or cancel your personalized order once it has been confirmed or shipped.
Standard and Versace Home furnishing items can be combined into a single order.
Please note that, due to the extra care required for preparing and packaging larger, more delicate Versace Home furnishing items, these items will be shipped within two weeks from your order date, subject to confirmation.

All items that you can see in the Versace Online Store are in stock, however, single sizes and/or colors can already be sold out as we only stock an exclusive amount of items. In case your desired size and/or color are not available at the moment, you can leave your e-mail address to be notified when they are eventually back in stock.
The Versace Online Store only shows articles that are available for sale online. If you would like to know about availability in our VERSACE boutiques, please contact our Client Service team via our Contact form or check the Store Locator page to call the store closest to you.
If a product shows signs of defects or is damaged within 24 months of an online purchase, the product can be returned. Sunglasses are classified as faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of the date of purchase. Please note that sunglasses that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Your Versace watch is internationally warranted by Vertime B.V. for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. You can extend the warranty to four years here:

Any repair work on the watch must be carried out by a service center authorized by Vertime B.V. using original parts. Any intervention by an unauthorized repairer renders this warranty invalid.

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Your card or Klarna account will not be charged until your order has been dispatched. In case of payment through PayPal or iDeal, the amount will be charged on the day of the order. When returning your order, the amount will be credited back to your bank or PayPal account.

Klarna is currently available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.
How does Klarna work?
If your order is eligible, you can choose Klarna at checkout for flexible payment options. The use of the payment methods may vary based on your purchase, country, total order amount, and is subject to credit check and approval by Klarna.
• Pay now: You can choose to pay now the full amount of your purchase by credit card, direct debit, or direct bank transfer.
For direct debit, please provide your bank details at the time of your purchase. You will be debited from your bank account once your order has been shipped.
For direct bank transfer, login into your personal bank account and authorize the full amount of payment at the time of your purchase.
• Pay in 3 installments: The total cost of your purchase will be split into three installments with interest-free rates. Pay the first installment once your order is placed. The next two installments are automatically collected by Klarna after 30 and 60 days.
• Pay later: Choose to pay within 30 days from when your order shipment is confirmed with interest-free rates.
• Financing: Choose flexible financing options to split the payment of your purchase evenly in monthly payments over a 6 or 12-month period. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for purchases may vary based on the amount of your purchase and country of residence, ranging between 0 - 28.99%.

Once we have accepted your cancellation or return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due.
